Alive
Alive: The Final Evolution (アライブ -最終 進化的 少年-, Araibu - Saishū Shinkateki Shōnen)
Alive: The Final evolution is a manga written by Tadashi Kawashima and illustrated by Adachitoka. the manga was originally published by Kodansha in Japan, by Del Rey Manga in America, and M&C in Indonesia. so far, fifteen volumes have been published in Japan, five in America and nine in Indonesia. The series is being made into an anime.
The story follows Taisuke Kanou a teenage student in Japan who lives a normal life with his sister Yoko Kanou and his friends Yuichi Hirose and Megumi Ochiai until a dark-being in space senses life on Earth. The sky suddenly becomes dark and mass suicides begin occurring worldwide. The dark-being, Aukuro, is the result of many souls of a civilization who were granted immortality but without a body wanted to die. When Aukuro found Earth, they separated and entered human hosts and tempting them to commit suicide. Those who resisted were granted powers relating to their own unconscious desires. When Hirose discovered his powers, he kidnapped Megumi and headed north to the heart of Aukuro. Taisuke, obtaining his own powers, follows in an attempt take Hirose and Megumi back home.
Characters :
Taisuke Kanou
Taisuke Kanou (叶 太輔, Kanō Taisuke?) is the main character of the series and depicted as a loyal and bold person. He harbors guilt from his paerents' death. A juice box which Taisuke had dropped as a young child, had jammed the brakes of the car and inadvertently caused the car accident that killed his parents. After the death of his parents, he was raised by his older sister Yoko Kanou. He is one of the few people who gain a special ability after being infected with Akur. He sets out to find his missing friends, Hirose and Megumi, when they disappear. He meets up with Yuta and Nami, two other people with abilities. At the end of part 1 of the manga, it's revealed that Taisuke's ability is actually the ability "to regenerate and exterminate", however Taisuke's ability to create fire remains unexplained. In the second arc, Taisuke, saved by the Tezuka Family, has lost his memory of his fight with Yuichi Hirose. He vaguely remembers Nami and Yuta yet regains his memory soon after his sister arrives. With Taisuke's memory returned, Yukie Tesuka asks him to retrieve the "Heart of Akura" before returning home. The "Heart of Akura" seems to be in some sort of military research facility with soldiers guarding the place. Taisuke proceeds into the base with Ray Tezuka and Nami but are intercepted by D4. The team, wounded by rubber bullets from the D4, is captured. Taisuke melts his handcuffs and escapes. D4 tries to shoot him again with rubber bullets but they are melted by a special ability. They proceed to find the "Heart of Akura". The rock (s fusion of Hirose and the "Heart of Akura") reacts with Taisuke. As he approaches the rock, it uses Hirose's ability and creates holes injuring and killing some of the soldiers. He is stopped by Aoi Tezuka when she warns him that all ability users will die after touching the "Heart of Akura". The plan fails but everyone successfully escapes. Taisuke goes to stay at Nami's house as he doesn't want to return home until he has dealt with Hirose. He is determined to kill Hirose, stating that he isn't the same as before. Taisuke receives a message from Michele - a paper with a flower that he once gave Megumi before his fight with Hirose. Taisuke is satisfied with her being safe, not knowing that she is in the hands of Shigeki Katsumata.
Yuta Takizawa
Yuta is a young boy who gains his powers after his mother commits suicide in front of him. Taisuke meets Yuta when Yuta tried to force Ryou to stay with him as she had an uncanny resemblance to his deceased mother. After Taisuke saves Yuta from killing himself, he soon joins up with Taisuke to help him look for his friends. His power is isolation where he can hold an object inside a small space which from the outside, seems invisible. He can cut off all signals and air supply in this small space and kill a living creature by suffocation.
Nami Kusunoki
Nami has the power to freeze water to form any shape she choses. Her younger brother, Satoru, was killed by Kanon after he accidentally bumped into her. He was burned to death before Nami's eyes. She seems to be an expert fighter with a grudge against Yuta and Kanou. Satoru's death has made her hate people with powers. She accompanies Yuta and Kanou to find and kill the woman who killed her brother. She intends to kill them both after she finishes her quest. However, the kindness of Taisuke changes her view of all Comrades. It's also possible that she has some feelings for Taisuke as she names him as her reason for living in the second arc.
Yuichi Hirose
Yuichi Hirose (広瀬 雄一, Hirose Yūichi?) is Taisuke's best friend. He is small and timid for his age and is picked on by bullies. Taisuke and Megumi often help him out with bullies and animals, as seen in the omakes. Although small, he himself is infected with the virus and is given powers. He lives with last living family member, his mother. His mother soon commits suicide due to the virus and he ends up congratulating her on her death due to mind altering by a police inspector. Hirose gains the power to make anything "disappear" by creating holes. He later resents Taisuke and becomes ambitious and cruel. He seeks to destroy everyone in the world and be the only person alive on the planet. During his fight with Taisuke at the end of part 1, he was able to fuse with the "Heart of Akura" making him invulnerable to physical attacks. At the end of chapter 36 he dies after the fight with Taisuke.
Shigeki Katsumata
Inspector Katsumata is the lead investigator of Hirose's incident. At first glance he seems to be a kind person who is widely regarded but he too is one of the few who received powers. He teams up with Yura and starts recruiting other comrades. He rarely uses his powers but has used them once on Hirose to manipulate his thoughts. After his plan to control Hirose fails, he decides to retreat and capture Megumi. In the second arc, he has Megumi take care of "The Ghost" and is looking for ways to retrieve the "Heart of Akura". His powers include the ability to control other's minds and to kill with a blink of an eye.
Akuro
Appears to be the "master" of the group creating the revolution. He seems to be in two pieces, his heart "the heart of Akuro" is in Hokkaido and his "will" is in the body of an owl which is his own "comrade".

Princess Princess
Princess Princess (プリンセス・プリンセス, Purinsesu Purinsesu)
this is one of my new manga....
this one makes me laugh a lot too....
hahahhaaa.....
the story about a boy named Toru Kouno,
he just transferred into a all-boys-dormitory school, Fujimori High School, after he live with his uncle....
and in that school (all-boys) there are princesses.
princesses is a tradition at the school in order to break up the monotony of life surrounded by nothing but males.
students (based on certain qualifications) are selected to be Princesses and are made to dress up as girls and attend school functions like this.
and Toru chosen to be one of them, and there are 2 other princesses,
they are Mikoto Yutaka and Yuujiro Shihoudani.
they are known by Eastern and Western Princesses due to their dorm location.
Toru is convinced into becoming a Princess soon after entering the school though once he accepted the job, he found it to be much more enjoyable than he thought.
Characters :
Princesses
Toru Kouno (河野 亨, Kōno Tōru)
He is the primary protagonist of the story who transfers to an all-boys school and becomes one of the Princesses. He seems enthusiastic about it since all the Princesses get a lot of free stuff and added luxuries. His parents died in an accident, which is when his uncle and aunt adopted him. He seems to be very reluctant about spending time with his family, which mainly has to do with his younger step-sister Sayaka. He mainly uses his job as a Princess as a distraction from the problems he has with his family and in effect usually gets very in to acting like a Princess, much like Yuujiro. He often teams up with Yuujiro to tease Mikoto, much to Mikoto's chagrin.
Yuujiro Shihoudani (四方谷 裕史郎, Shihōdani Yuujirō)
The Western Princess, he is a confident boy and doesn't have many problems with dressing up like a girl in front of other people. He constantly likes to tease Mikoto because he thinks it's fun how Mikoto reacts. He has distanced himself from the rest of his family because he thinks that his mother, step-father, and younger half-brother together are the "perfect family". He and Toru often team up against Mikoto when Mikoto is at odds with them concerning Princess duties. This gets Mikoto to end up agreeing with them, especially since they hold leverage over Mikoto who doesn't want his girlfriend to find out about him being a Princess. He sometimes teases Toru about them being lovers and how Toru is "saying things only lovers would say to each other." To add to this through out the manga and anime there is an air of unresolved tension between the two, and they have been know to blush in each others presence.
Mikoto Yutaka (豊 実琴, Yutaka Mikoto)
The Eastern Princess, he is more reluctant than the other two Princesses to crossdress because he has a girlfriend named Megumi who he doesn't want to find out about it. As such he is nonetheless a reliable character—he often stubbornly whines and complains on things the Princesses have to do but always ends up doing them anyway whether he's forced to do them or not. He is very self-conscious about being a Princess and is mortified whenever someone else outside of school finds out about it. He is the most animated of the three Princesses, always showing a lot of emotion and expression when yelling at Toru and Yuujiro. Mikoto is also tone deaf, having never sung before becoming a princess.
He also cares a lot about the people close to him, though especially for his girlfriend. He has shown to change character and act different when around Megumi, which greatly amuses Toru and Yuujiro. Despite all the whining and complaining, however, he eventually becomes accustomed to his duty as a Princess such that he once had a brief fantasy of him and Megumi both dressed in Gothic Lolita Princess costumes. Princess Princess is not the first media series Mikoto has appeared in. Mikoto's first appearance was as a supporting character from one of Tsuda's earlier manga works, The Day of Revolution, which was about Mikoto's girlfriend, Megumi.
Student council
Shuya Arisada (有定 修也, Arisada Shūya)
The student council president, he is a very confident person who was also a former Princess one year prior to the beginning of the story. He is a very good leader and often comes up with fool-proof plans which benefit him and the rest of the student council. He can also be very intimidating to talk with and in effect people often go along with his plans regardless. He was a Princess in his first year.
Masayuki Koshino (越廼 将行, Koshino Masayuki)
The student council vice president who is very physically strong.
Wataru Harue (春江 渉, Harue Wataru)
The student council treasurer, who is very good with math and can solve equations in his head quickly.
Takahiro Tadasu (糺 孝弘, Tadasu Takahiro)
The student council secretary, who has the impressive ability of speed and sleight of hand.
Other characters
Akira Sakamoto (坂本 秋良, Sakamoto Akira)
The class president in Toru's class (1-D), he is a highly respected member of the school: due to his much-revered older brother and his own excellence in both academic performance and character, he is referred to as "Sakamoto-sama" by his peers regardless of their seniorities, and all students bow when they see him, though he feels somewhat intimidated by such reverence. For pretty much the same reasons, he has been hand-picked by Arisada as the next in line for the student council president and has on quite a number of occasions shown great leadership skills.
He has five immediate family members, all of whom are amazingly beautiful (and, in his sisters' case, androgynous as well). In the past, Akira had often been pointed out as the only "average" looking person in his family by both himself and strangers. For a while, Akira felt out of place or "unworthy" of belonging to his family. When his family found out about his worries, they quickly reassured him and dismissed such ideas. His siblings (especially his older brother and older sister) usually fight for his attention, since their brother is such a kind-hearted and good-natured boy. Akira and his family are the main characters of one of Tsuda's earlier manga works, Family Complex.
Kaoru Natasho (名田 庄薫, Natashō Kaoru)
A third-year student majoring in home economics, he designs all of the clothes that the Princesses wear. He's fairly obsessed about this and always shows a lot of enthusiasm about it. However, he holds a lot of fashion awards for all the costumes he's designed and made himself. When it comes to the Princesses, he's easily struck by inspiration for new costumes.
Harumi Sakamoto (坂本 春海, Sakamoto Harumi)
He's Akira's older brother and a former student at Fujimori who was known by all who knew him as "Sakamoto-sama" because of his amazing beauty. He comes back during the cultural festival to help the student council raise money. Harumi is usually very cool and smiles constantly. However, in the presence of his younger brother, he becomes completely emotional and is easily moved to tears (something which Toru and Yuujiro accidentally notice when visiting Akira, as seen in a manga filler chapter).
Megumi Yoshikawa (吉川 恵, Yoshikawa Megumi)
Known as Megumi-san by Mikoto due to her being older than him, she is Mikoto's girlfriend. She has a caring heart and would do things asked of her by Mikoto so as not to upset him. Also, she is not entirely sure of Mikoto's feelings towards her and once even suspected something was going on between Mikoto and the other two Princesses. Megumi and Mikoto seem to have a very good, understanding relationship between them. For instance, even when Megumi finds out Mikoto is a Princess, she says she doesn't care and Mikoto's the same person she loves either way.
She has a very prominent effect on Mikoto's personality, being able to elevate his spirits when he's feeling depressed. Similarly, when around Mikoto she is very happy and it's obvious that they enjoy each other's company. As noted by Mikoto in episode five of the anime, Megumi does not seem to like using makeup because she thinks it's cuter. Mikoto seems to have no complaints over this as he thinks she's cute regardless. Megumi is the main character of Tsuda's earlier series, The Day of Revolution, with Makoto and Mikoto as supporting characters.
Makoto Yutaka (豊 麻琴, Yutaka Makoto)
She is Mikoto's older sister and has a different personality when compared to her brother. She is very forceful and never seems to back down, especially when the scenario involves Mikoto. Ironically, while Mikoto looks more feminine in appearance, Makoto looks more masculine
Sayaka Kouno (河野 さやか, Kōno Sayaka)
The daughter of Toru's aunt and uncle that adopted him, making her Toru's younger step-sister and cousin. She is in love with Toru and is very adamant (to the point of psychosis) about them getting married one day, against the wishes of Toru himself (as his feelings for her never evolved beyond that for a sister). She is overly obsessive with him and has hurt one of Toru's previous girlfriends with a razor blade out of jealously. Her fragile grip on reality was wounded by Yuujiro's claim that he and Toru are lovers- and that Toru is not interested in girls because of this. In vol.4 of the manga, Sayaka is encountered again by Yuujiro and Toru when they are out shopping, leading to Sayaka apologising, then declairing that in her mind only Yuujiro is worthy of dating Toru and he'd better hurry up and make her "brother" his.
Shinnosuke Shihoudani (四方谷 慎之介, Shihōdani Shin'nosuke)
He is Yuujiro's younger half-brother who appears in episode nine of the anime and vol. 5 of the manga where he had come with his parents to see his brother at the school festival. He tends to be very shy and at first is especially reluctant to talk with Yuujiro. He has claimed that he wants Yuujiro home more often so he can marry "sister" (Yuujiro in his princess costume).
Ryusaki
The director of the board who is in charge of the school. He became the director after his father retired. At first, he disapproved of the Princess system and sought to abolish it. Ryusaki only appears in the anime, and greatly resembles Mitaka in appearance and personality.
Toui C. Mitaka
A transfer student who first appears in volume four of the manga. Upon returning from studies abroad and transferring to Fujimori, Mitaka learns of the student council elections and decides to run against Akira. At first he has a very low opinion of Akira, thinking of him as dull and not a worthy opponent, which causes Yuujiro and Toru to dislike him immensely. He eventually warms up to Akira, and by the end of the manga series he is so devoted to him that he is never more than a few feet away from him. Mitaka does appear in the anime in episode twelve.
this manga was serialized in Wings Manga Magazine. and finished in 5 volumes. Once the first manga series ended, a sequel entitled Princess Princess + started serialization in the May 2006 issue of Wings. The first manga series has been licensed by Digital Manga Publishing, with the first volume released in November 2006. Mikiyo has commented that Wings preferred her not to write it as a shōnen-ai series.
this is one of my new manga....
this one makes me laugh a lot too....
hahahhaaa.....
the story about a boy named Toru Kouno,
he just transferred into a all-boys-dormitory school, Fujimori High School, after he live with his uncle....
and in that school (all-boys) there are princesses.
princesses is a tradition at the school in order to break up the monotony of life surrounded by nothing but males.
students (based on certain qualifications) are selected to be Princesses and are made to dress up as girls and attend school functions like this.
and Toru chosen to be one of them, and there are 2 other princesses,
they are Mikoto Yutaka and Yuujiro Shihoudani.
they are known by Eastern and Western Princesses due to their dorm location.

However, in the presence of his younger brother, he becomes completely emotional and is easily moved to tears (something which Toru and Yuujiro accidentally notice when visiting Akira, as seen in a manga filler chapter).

The Day Of Revolution
he Day of Revolution (革命の日, Kakumei no Hi)
my new manga, the tittle is The Day Of Revolution......
it very funny and make me laugh a lot....
hahahahaaaa......
the story is about a boy named Kei Yoshikawa, he only an ordinary boy....
until he feel not fine, and he collapse at the school's roof and go to the hospital...
and the doctor inform something that he very surprise......
yeah......
the doctor inform taht he is...... a girl......
very surprise hear about that.....
This shocking realization takes his entire family through a loop though in the end brings them closer together when Kei determines that he's going to restart his life as a girl named "Megumi", but it's not as easy as she thinks.
and about his/her school life...
before he be a girl, he was a cool and cute boy who have some bests friends....
and of course boy......
and when he become a girl, she takes a leave for six months...
in order to have his body worked on in order to appear more feminine. In order to make the transition easier for Megumi, she was sent back a year and started high school off as a new entering first year student. However, there is not enough money to send her to a different school.
Upon arrival, she finds that her male friends from when she lived as a boy all start hitting on her once they discover the truth that she was Kei. Shocked at their new behavior, Megumi starts to develop an aversion for all boys which later turns into all out androphobia after a traumatic experience with a former enemy.
Characters :
Kei/Megumi Yoshikawa (吉川恵, Yoshikawa Kei/Megumi)
Megumi (left) Kei (right)
The main character, Kei was a "normal", though rebellious, boy in high school who would get into fights along with his three close friends.
Megumi (left) and Kei (right)
However, one day his doctor tells him and his parents that while Kei may appear to be physically male, he is in fact genetically female. He thus starts to live as a girl and even changes his name to Megumi, which incidentally uses the same kanji as Kei. After the change in lifestyle, Megumi still has a problem with the transition from male to female. Even as Megumi dresses as a girl, she still feels more like a boy, and feels more comfortable when around Makoto.
As a guy, he was often told he was cute, which would usually land the person who said it with a clean punch to the face. Similarly, as he starts to live as a girl, he keeps much of the same personality for the bulk of the story and only towards the end does he seem more feminine than masculine. Also, Megumi tends to be very outspoken and even blunt sometimes. After he found about his genetic disorder, Kei took six months off from school in order to have his body worked on to appear more feminine. Upon returning to school, Megumi was set back one year to the first year of high school (equivalent to tenth grade in America) because of all the school she lost and it would be easier for her to not be in the same class as those who knew her as Kei.
Megumi appears in the series Princess Princess, by the same author of The Day of Revolution, as Mikoto's girlfriend, though only references are made about her past life in the manga and nothing in the anime. In the manga, Megumi once feared that Mikoto had something with the other Princesses and that the only reason he is interested in her is because of her past life.
Makoto Yutaka (豊麻琴, Yutaka Makoto)
Makoto is Megumi's best female friend who acts as a kind of coach to guide her through the process of becoming a typical girl. She teaches Megumi things such as feminine mannerisms, and speech patterns that only Japanese girls use. She was given this task because of her connection to Kei's doctor and because she wants to become a counselor after high school. She is the niece of Kei's doctor, presumably the doctor who diagnosed Kei. Makoto is also very protective of Megumi, not wanting anything bad to happen to her. She has a very strong personality and uses it to command people around her however she likes. Makoto often uses this trait to coerce her younger brother, Mikoto, into doing things she wants him to do, whether they be for her own benefit or his own.
Like Megumi, Makoto also appears in the series Princess Princess as a minor character; she is still portrayed as Mikoto's sister. In the Princess Princess manga, once Megumi tells Makoto about her insecurities regarding Mikoto's sexual orientation, Makoto tells Megumi not to let him know that. Megumi thought it was because it would hurt his feelings, but Makoto says that she does not want him to know how much Megumi loves him because it would make him happier.
Mikoto Yutaka (豊実琴, Yutaka Mikoto)
Mikoto is Makoto's younger brother who later becomes Megumi's boyfriend. He is a rather short guy who is in his second year at an all-boys junior high school. He is usually a very shy person but speaks out with much emotion. Ever since he entered junior high, he's been plagued by other students who treated him more like a girl than a guy due to his appearance and feminine face. He is intensely embarrassed about this happening to him. He took an early liking to Megumi by the pictures of her that were all around his house, which was never explained why. Mikoto even took a few of the pictures for himself, something his sister reminds him about later to the embarrassment of Mikoto. Eventually, he wants to become a doctor and take over the family hospital.
Mikoto appears in Mikiyo Tsuda's later work Princess Princess as one of the series' main characters and Princesses. While the main reason he expresses to object being a Princess (aside from male pride) is the fear that Megumi will reject him if she finds out which could be implying that he sees it as a continuation of the embarrassment he faced in junior high because of his feminine appearance.
Hiroaki Kawada (河和田広明, Kawada Hiroaki)
Hiroaki is a former classmate of Kei's who eventually becomes the student body president. He has a lot of traits that fit well for a school president, such as forcefulness and being straightforward.
Shōji Tōba (鳥羽修司, Tōba Shōji?)
Shōji has a very lively personality and is one of Megumi's main friends. Back when she was Kei, he would love to hug her, much to the detest of Kei.
Tadashi Tachimachi (立待匡, Tachimachi Tadachi)
Tadashi is also one of Megumi's close friends, he is usually very silent. He is also rather short, only a few centimeters taller than Megumi.
Kazutoshi Shinmei (神明和季, Kazutoshi Shinmei)
Kazutoshi is one of Megumi's friends that she knew as Kei. He constantly smiles and is shown to be the leader of Shouji and Tadashi. He can be very domineering and intimidating at times.
four boys character
Taisei Nakagawa (中河大誠, Nakagawa Taisei)
Taisei is a third-year student at the school who is at odds with Kazutoshi, Shōji, Tadashi and Kei since they took over the roof position at the top of the school. He is rather idiotic and doesn't always think up the best of plans on how to go about things. Also, he is the main reason Megumi starts to avoid guys after he assaulted her one day.
Takayuki Katakaki (片上孝之, Katakaki Takayuki) and Tomoyuki Katakaki (片上智之, Katakaki Tomoyuki)
They are twin brothers who serve as the voice of reason for the otherwise idiotic Taisei. They always hang around with Taisei and follow him as their leader.
the manga are serialized in Wings manga magazine since March 1999 – January 2001, and collected in to 2 volume.......
and there are 2 drama cd's based on the manga. The first was released in Japan on July 28, 2001.
